Your first three classes are free, come down and see if our self defence system is for you.
Silver Membership – £30
Attend one class a week and use the open mat facilities at the gym.
Gold Membership – £45
Attend two classes a week and use the open mat facilities at the gym.
MoveGB
Available to use on request, with a gold or silver membership commitment to class attendance.
Insurance – £30 annually
To train our system insurance is needed for peace of mind. This is a yearly fee.
Private Classes
Private classes, female only or 1-2-1 sessions available on request. Contact us for more details.

With our partners Mocean, we run a number of team building and motivational events. Focusing on teaching you awareness drills and how to stay safe on the streets.
