Are the classes open to beginners?
All of our sessions are open to complete beginners. There is no required fittness level or experience.
What do i need for my first class?
Come in loose comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water, that’s it. All the classes are done bare foot, although you can bring training shoes but no out-door shoes are allowed on the mats.
What is the format of the class?
Our classes will start with a warm up and conditioning session. We then break into pairs or groups and practice a variety of techniques and drills based around our core syllabus.
Do you have a grading system?
To mark your progress we have a grading system, where you can earn different belts as you progess through the syllabus.
what do i get for my membership?
Your membership will allow you to attend one or two classes a week, depending what package you choose. You will also have access to the open mat facilities at Impact gym, where you can come train in your own time.
